When I first fed 2 Mongolian steers for our family’s beef supply in 2005, my goal was to add value to the great taste of Mongolian BEEF ALL YEAR round.

Since its establishment in 2009, our company places product quality, animal welfare, the environment, and herders at the heart of its business project in a ‘ONE HEALTH FOR ALL’ concept.

XanaduRazorback's strengths lie in creating close synergies with the Bulgan province herder’s community through their full inclusion in the quality meat value chain while preserving the Mongolian herding culture.

This close cooperation guarantees the sourcing of the best cattle while securing the health and traceability of the animals bringing to your home healthy and safe food. In short, the implementation of the concept “from farm to fork”. This concept allows strict monitoring throughout the value creation cycle aimed at enhancing the taste of meat products, including the high quality characteristics of marbled beef.

Our partnership with the Mongolian Herdsmen goes well beyond the sole production of high end quality meat. Our strong and close cooperation aims to combat overgrazing and restore biodiversity. Indeed, the near-symbiosis between XanaduRazorback and herders allows the implementation of good and sound livestock management practices. Together, we are engaged in a comprehensive “Climate-Smart Livestock Management” project perfectly framing the “one health for all” concept.
