After temperatures have reached well below freezing, Traditionally Mongolians prepare their winter meat supply from various choices of livestock. (ie. sheep, cattle, horses, camel). This supply of meat is relied on through the winter and spring until the pasturelands green up in the warmer months.

Using this concept, our Xanadu team prepare various cuts from a beef carcass called our ‘beef box’ package. The variety of cuts come ‘ready to use’ for various meal options throughout the winter months. We offer standardized sizing options.

This choice is a full carcass of beef for a total of 140 kg in your package size choice of 1 kg or 4kg. This beef box selection provides you with 30 different beef cuts & offal.

2. Beef Box

This choice is a full carcass of beef for a total of 100 kg in a package size of 1kg. This beef box selection provides you with 30 different cuts of beef & offal.

3. Beef Box

Өрөөл Идэш

This choice is a half carcass of beef for a total of 60 kg in a package size of 1kg. This beef box selection provides you with 22 different cuts of beef.
